Product Description
The GC2145 is a high-quality 2MP CMOS image sensor designed for mobile phone cameras and digital imaging devices.
It features a 1616×1232 active pixel array, an on-chip 10-bit ADC, and an integrated image signal processor (ISP).
The ISP ensures smooth Auto Exposure (AE) and accurate Auto White Balance (AWB) under varying light conditions. It also supports interpolation, denoising, color correction, and gamma adjustment, providing highly faithful image reproduction.
The sensor supports multiple output formats including Bayer RGB, RGB565, and YCbCr4:2:2, and all settings are controlled through a standard 2-wire serial interface. The internal master clock can be generated by the on-chip Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) oscillator.
