The GC2145 is a 2MP CMOS image sensor designed for ESP32 camera modules and other digital camera applications. It features a 1616 x 1232 active pixel array, on-chip 10-bit ADC, and an image signal processor (ISP). The ISP provides smooth auto exposure (AE) and accurate auto white balance (AWB) control, adapting to different lighting conditions. Additional features include interpolation, de-noise, color correction, and gamma correction for enhanced image quality. The sensor supports multiple data formats such as Bayer RGB, RGB565, and YCbCr 4:2:2.
